Complete internal renovation and a new sun room extension to old family home in Sundays’ Well, Cork City

The roof was raised to incorporate 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground floor was opened up from the kitchen to the North right through to the dining area and sitting area to the South. The open stairway runs from the dining area while a living room is accessed off the sittng area. A sun room extension leads from here to the garden, giving views over the city. A playroom with patio doors leads to the courtyard to the rear.
