This existing farmhouse in Lissarda, Co. Cork, had 3 small bedrooms on the first floor and a dark kitchen/dining room and a living room with a single storey store room off this, on the ground floor.
The extension includes a new bright west facing kitchen/dining room with direct access to the garden. Above this is a new master bedroom accessed via a corridor/walk-in-wardrobe.
A porch covers the rear entrance, which is the main access to the house. The existing single storey store is converted to a utility room. A new stairs from here, leads to a home office.
