The 75sqm extension creates two extra bedrooms on the first floor while the ground floor extension gives a playroom to the front, a utility room and open plan kitchen and sitting area to the rear. The sitting area opens out to the deck and garden to the south.

The wall between the kitchen and dining room is removed making it open plan. The dining room also has access to the decking area creating a circular flow between it and the sitting area.
